Constitutionist: When you are
looking for the word Constitutionist which is a proper noun it will not be found in any publication what so ever, it is just not there. Actually the word did not exist before about late fall 2009 or later. I actually made this word, and therefore to what it is to mean also. Then what is the definition of a constitutionist. The word has two specific parts: first there is constitution and second there is ist, which is what makes up the word as it is written. The phrase, (as it is written), is the most important of this word Constitutionist, both in meaning and the very heart of the word.
· Constitution- a written procedure or document used for setting up and establishment of a nation or country.
· Ist- a person who supports promotes believes, or defends fully and completely (suffix)
Thus putting the two parts together will give us, a person who supports promotes believe and defends the Constitution of the United States of America as it is written. The Constitutionist will defend, believe in, and protect the Constitution as the supreme law of the land in the setting up, following the procedures and the establishment of the United States of America by the Constitution as it is written, and protect and defend the rights of the people. But this is the very truth that this meaning is the basic core of the word Constitutionist, for there are so much more to be involved, by adding the words as it is written and what a Constitutionist stands for, to the people and the Constitution of the United State of America.
The constitutionist is one having complete reverence for the constitution of the United States of America as it is written. The mode in which the American society was organized, the manner in which this sovereign nation exist, governmental power is distributed. A constitutionist/fundamentalist are the base upon which a political structure is erected, i.e... The foundation upon which one builds, one who is loyal to the American society as outlined within our constitution as it is written. To have understanding, supporting, and promulgating the founding document. Also is a person to serves and protects the people of this United States of America as directed within the outline of the Constitution of the Unites States of America. Each member shall be sworn to protect the constitution, while ensuring that the constitution remains the supreme law of land, (as the constitution is written).
(As the constitution is written is very important) that as it is written is what separates and the difference between the constitutionist party and the constitution party, and/or any other party.
The Purpose of the Constitutionist Party
The constitutionist party is so organized to implement and give voice to the principles embodied within the constitution of the United States of America and its nation’s people. Our statements of principles are to function as a truly Constitutional party entity of its self though not a political party. Shall establish itself separate and distinct from all other political parties, functions or movements. To assist in moving public policy towards a strict constitutional direction by building a political system to elect constitutionist into public office. To charter affiliate parties throughout the United States and its territories. By promoting their growth, activities, also nominating candidates for president and vice president of the United States of America. Yet also to support party affiliate, party candidates’ for all political office. To assist and aid those who are entering public life/office, plus to participate into accurate dispersing of constitutional information to and for the people. At no time to deviate from the constitution of the United States of America as it is written.
SO TAKE THE TIME TO CHECK US OUTEach and every member of the constitutionist party will be glad to take the following oath
I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the constitution of the united states and or the state of (state name) against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, according to law and regulations as the constitution is and may so be written. I will support and direct my efforts to and towards the support of the citizens of the United States of America and the state of (state name). So help me God.
WE THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE CONSTITUTIONIST PARTY in order to form a more perfect party, do here by establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for common political procedures, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessing of truth, freedom, justice, liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitutionist party for/of the people of the United States.
Article i: The Bylaws of the Constitutionist Political Party are written In the Constitution of the United States of America, and never shall it differ from the constitution as posted. Thus we the constitutionist shall review and support our constitution when we select or nominate any individual for any political position what so ever!
article ii: We the Constitutionist hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, which is among and not limited to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness which is only limited to that when it interferes with others rights, and privileges.
article iii: Whenever any form of government becomes destructive or attempting to abolish the principles of the constitution of the united states of America, or the rights and privileges of the people as well as to alter, then we the constitutionist must reorganize to ensure that it shall fully conforms to the constitution as written and no other documents what so ever.
Article IV: We as Constitutionist Understand and Solidly Believe that Our Constitution Of The United States was designed to allow near unlimited freedoms to the people, while severely restricting our government or governmental control over the individual citizen. we feel our forefather were in great fear of a government attempting to remove power from the people and passing laws to place the government above the law and removing control from the people. We as constitutionist believe that a government is to and must serve its people and not the people to serve the government. No laws shall be accepted or supported that will be in contradiction to the constitution of the united states, towards the rights and privileges towards the individual citizen what so-ever.
article v: We The People of the people of the constitutionist party do solemnly believe that the government is to promote the economy of the united states of America, thus not to promote other nations economy at the cost of the united states of America’s economy, and the practices of assisting companies with tax incentives to develop within other nations must stop and cease.
Article vi: We The People of the constitutionist party believes and feel that government must guide and promote mote the economy, our government must promote the American economy that means no to all those new world order, no to cap and trade, no to carbons caps, but never should our government accept or try to control or regulate any private enterprise/company, what so-ever beyond the will of the people. to assist a company when interest is in the people behalf and only the peoples behalf may become acceptable, but to seize control is strictly forbidden, and shall never be allowed
Article vii: AS CONSTITUTIONIST WE SHALL NOT JUDGE ANY ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION, and or interfere with the free exercise or abridge of the fore mention, we as constitutionist believe that the one true religious belief is the one within the individual heart and no other person has the right to condemn or force upon another, any others such believes. Though we do adhere to open and free discussions of the fore mentioned
Article viii: We the people of the constitutionist party shall ensure that the United States shall guarantee to every state in this union, a republic form of government, shall provide common defense, provide secure borders, thus protect each state from invasion, and to help to ensure protection against domestic violence what so-ever.
This political party was founded to promote and ensures as well as to secure our constitution of the United States of America and the rights and privileges of its citizens and no other are implied.
It is time we understand that constitution must be taking away from the politician and put our government into the hands of the people, a wise and frugal government, which shall leave men and women free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and the government shall not take from the mouth of its children the bread the labor has earned - this is the sum of good government, let's choose a different path and the old path of our forefathers and a new beginning installing freedom, truth, justice. Beside we all know, all are equal and we shall never bow down to another man/woman for we are Americans, and remember for the choice is up to you.
The constitutionist party will always be the guardian watching over our national government!!!
To ensure that our national political system shall and will always serve the people and protect our constitution against all enemies both external and internal. No matter what!!! To guarantee that no one political system shall ever again gain control of our government and its people.
We as a nation needs to control the role our government plays in the daily lives of each citizen, while we the people what role we should play within our government. Every single American should be deeply evolved with our government, yet our federal government should not be involved in the lives of each American at all, our federal government should be there to assist all Americans and never to restrict any American what so ever. Our forefathers wanted a government that was there to assist the people to develop into a strong and great nation. They looked for a nation that the people should dictate what a government should do or be, not a people dictated to by the government.
These are the reason for the constitutionist party, a third party, a replacement for the failed two parties system! To ensure that no one political party shall ever gain control of our Federal Government again!
